Solenoid Valves Poppet

The Poppet type of valves are pilot pressure operated by energizing the Solenoid Coil. The Pilot Pressure is obtained either from Self Or External Fluid Supply. The Valve can also be actuated manually by a Push Button to Enable 1. Direct Testing of connecte 96d equipments without emerging the Electrical Circuit and 2.Emergencies to be taken care of due to power failure. For Single Acting Solenoid valves the Solenoid must be held continuously as long as actuation is desired while Double Solenoid Valves need only a momentary Pressure of signal for actuation. 

USES : These Valves can be operated at High Frequency Upto 500 Cycles per minute and hence are Preferred for Operation Of Cylinders, Diaphragm, Actuators Etc. Frequently for long life. The Size of valve should be appropriate with the Cylinder Diameters, Stroke, Speed Desired.

Silencer 

This Silencers are made of Sintered Elements Industrial Plastics. Which can be directly Screwed into the metal exhaust part of Valves. The Plain type of Silencers are used to reduce the noise due to exhaust of Air from the valve Ports. The Flow Control type Silencers can be used for controlling the Speed of cylinders. 

Sintered Bronze Filter media is the recent addition to filtration Technology. A Sintered Bronze filter element is produced from Spherical Metal Powder of Closely Controlled particle size to give a rigid porous structure of Uniform Dimensions.
Being Metallic it is resistant to impact. It is self supporting unlike other filtering media. The ductility and Strength Of this metallic Structure increases its suitability for high pressure filtration in both direction of Flow. It may be readily Cleaned by reversing flow or back flushing with a Solvent.

Non-Return Valves

The non return valve has a Spring loaded Piston fitted with an O Ring to provide leak proof sealing. The Piston opens when the pressure exceeds the force of the Spring.
The non return valve is used where the flow is required in one direction only, and the flow in opposite direction must be blocks. The main usages is a safety device to prevent loss of pressure in the event of air reply failure.
